A robust training platform that gamifies existing training curricula and places learners in an immersive city environment with control based on proficiency.
Pharmatropolis was launched to 2000 pharmaceutical representatives 6 months prior to drug launch. It was developed to train them on the clinical aspects of the drug and then help transition them to postlaunch selling skills.
The platform launched 10 levels over those few month; each week, users accessed the application for virtual meetings with health care providers and Q&A sessions. Users also had access to training materials housed in the library or movie theater. Ultimately, if additional training was required, a visit to the Training Center was the next destination.
Pharmatropolis also served as a robust reporting engine that helped analyze gaps in the training curricula. Managers had the option to review content and make changes to facilitate training.
At product launch, ACTIVATE rolled out an entire experience fabricated in a hotel ballroom, where the field force participated in several days of workshop training with the actual cast of Pharmatropolis physicians.
Subsequently, the application was relaunched for another round of training that focused on selling skills, which was facilitated through a CMS that allowed for quick content updates.

A mobile application for the Makino sales team and a lead generate system for the 2016 IMTS Trade Show in Chicago using company-issued iPhones.
Lead Gen is an enterprise solution that allows customization for an entire fleet of corporate devices with a mobile app using an internal camera to scan exhibit badges at an event. However, our lead generation plus system goes far beyond mobile badge scan. The entire system is integrated into a cloud-based dashboard that houses and organizes all leads in real time. This system also directs surveys and qualifiers to correct groups within the organization. The functions are fully customizable on back end, with an easy-to-use content management system.
At IMTS, Makino was faced with the challenge of ensuring that all 150 representative attendees had the necessary tools required to capture leads. Our system not only served as support, but gathered more than 3000 leads over the course of the 4-day event. Home office management monitored activity in real time while migrating all leads into an existing CRM system.

A traveling 3D interactive gaming platform, generating leads via a virtual prize wheel.
The Spin ’n Win application showcases a virtual prize wheel that participants access during an event, enter their information, and spin to win anything from cash prizes to low-level giveaway prizes, completely housed in 55-foot touchscreen kiosks. The system is designed to travel to different trade shows, and based on the fast and furious show schedules, the system communicates with a cloud server for lead capture and updates.
Able to accommodate all timelines, the Spin ’n Win application is updated quickly through our remote cloud-based server platform. The digital team at ACTIVATE can remotely monitor the health of the system and react to needs instantaneously, while our clients can tend to all the activity on the show floor.

A tour through our client’s product catalogue using interactive 3D technology, with an integrated E-Literature system that captures leads in real time and saves it all to a secure cloud server from anywhere in the world.
Dubbed as the “Kitchen Sink” of events based interactive applications. Brand T commissioned the Activate team to develop a system that allowed their sales teams to interact with their tradeshow customers utilizing interactive 3D CGI to demonstrate how their products are applied to electronic devices (mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras and LCD monitors ). The trade show booth design had proposed implementation of multiple devices that spanned across the entire floor plan, which meant that we had to develop the application for a few different platforms, everything from iPads to 42’’ touchscreens, and laptop computers for the international sales teams.
Users can either self-direct themselves through the user interface or work with a representative to tap on 3D electronic devices and reveal all the internal electronic parts within the device. This view allowed Brand T to show case the utilization of their product across different mediums. The flexibility to rotate and zoom into the components transcended the user experience to the next level.
The Brand T application had a few built-in features that allowed it to work seamlessly on the tradeshow floor. On the engagement side, we produced a 45 second looping animation that invited attendees from across the exhibit hall to come visit the Threebond booth, with the promise of having the entire products catalogue at their fingertips. We enabled the “Smart Cache” feature which would give the application the ability to detect if there is WIFI and in the event that, there is no connectivity the system would store lead data locally and upload when it connects to WIFI.
